Tell me that again? You think 11,500 questionable entries on a petition, roughly 0.003% of 400 million Americans, should be sufficient to cause the National Press Club to throw the first amendment of the Consitution under the bus? The naivete of some Obama supporters is staggering.
A few years back Paula Jones and Jennifer Flowers also made outlandish accusations against a famous politician. They were called ‘trailer trash’, ‘bimbos’, and much more. But their stories turned out to be true. And why is it so hard to believe that ten or fifteen years ago Barak found pleasure in smoking crack and receiving oral sex on his time off? Tens of millions of people in this country also enjoy those two activities.
What is the harm in the NPC upholding the principle of Free Speech? Or conducting its business in keeping with that principle? And what is the harm in letting the man have his say?
Is there some reason some people are trying to shut him up?
