only pork I love is… last night I ground and spiced up about 20lbs+ of breakfast sausage and maple cured about 25lbs of belly squares to cure up then smoke next week over hickory for bacon.
I’m from the country, so its part hobby, part way of living… but none the less, thats the only pork I like.

Yeah…even though I do the whole healthy thing with the gym and all…I cannot bring myself to eat tofu and some of that garbage…I am a massage therapist also and I need “real food” for that job…
