As a former child of Appalachia…I understand that all too well…government does not give a crap when there is no looking….they only have feelings for the less fortunate when they can exploit them….
We may have been poor…but at least we had pride and sense of self…and we always knew the only thing we could depend on was ourselves…and we knew the fruit of our labor was ours…and we shared it when the folks down the road hit a rough patch…But Lucifer/BHO is going to make sure we share whether we can/want to or not…and that is the biggest crime of all…Jesus charged us with taking care of each other…but at no time did he order us to that…
The problem with the libtards is they have come from very spoiled upbringings. If they did have hard times, its because they, or their parents chosen that lifestyle.
As you are well aware, in Appalachia, there was no choice. You just learned to live with it. But again like you perfectly put it, we never bitched or complained.
This I believe made us much better people who don’t rely on hand outs, have dignity and pride among ourselves.
The spoiled uneducated and misguided who have become known as liberals are in or a very rude awakening. Because when the shit does hit the fan in full blast, although we don’t like it and tried to keep it out, we will at least have a much better chance to survive. Yeah…my parents both still alive and kicking in WV…they have given me so much…hard times and the will to survive and the brains and the guts and the drive overcome is the best gift a parent can give their children…too bad the government is making it harder for parents to do the job God hired them to do…and that is BE parents.
