Cheney put out his date and actual speech 2 weeks ahead of time.

Hey All,
Although I haven’t seen the whole speech, I have seen about 35 minutes of it, and I thought his remarks were a joke.
He is doing so much Monday morning quarterbacking, he is making himself look ridiculous.
There were THREE people water boarded. THREE. The democrats make it sound like there was an assembly line where every prisoner that has ever been held there was water boarded.
Only the worst of the worst were given these enhanced interrogation techniques. Just like only the worst of the worst are given the death penalty.
