Much like using drone planes in afghanistan only to be shot down by taliban. taliban would cheer and make fun of us because they shot down an unmanned drone jet. However, we wanted them to shoot it down as for them to personally give away their positioning. Same with this, its not the militias that government is scared of, but the “lone wolf” type people who can consolidate into networks.

The way they see it is, if you cant be recruited because of your own heart and convictions, then they dont want you because your not sincere enough.

But is this news report real? I most seriously highly doubt it… however, if they were able to get an actual underground militia, it would be much bigger then whats shown here, and much more organized.
As someone with a huge garden, I swap seeds and plants with neighbours and other people in my local community. One of the people I swap with is a lady who lives in a 16th century house, where even the barn has a conservation order on it.
This lady has the most beautiful garden and I asked her how she manages, because I tend to look at all the things that need doing in my own garden and feel overwhelmed. She told me that she is the same, but she concentrates on one square foot at a time. I do this now and I try to take the concept into other things that I do: just one little bit at a time.

.308 is one hell of a good caliber. Nice range, good and steady against windage and pretty accurate even for long distance, yet superb for close range as well.
Kristy,i know very little about guns as a whole,but i have been given a gift of being able to gain accuracy after a few shots with every gun i have used. i agree though that springfield makes one helluva good rifle. i really preffer a good pistol,for the reason that i am fast and accurate,and they are so much easier to fire, reposition,and fire,and faster. friend who goes to range with me says i probably should have been born in doc hollidays era,but i dont think i would have been as happy,cause they had no motorcycles.

Herbert, you’d love our Bulldog Bash! I was having a drive around the area outside Stratford-upon-Avon in August, just at the right time to see the end of the Bash and thousands of bikers streaming away the site. It was an amazing sight, seeing two and three abreast bikes for mile after mile.
The only thing that spoiled the bash this year was a very heavy police presence, which didn’t make sense since the Bash is probably the most peaceful festival in the UK. There has never been any trouble and there wasn’t this year.
AnnaEsse, sounds great. i went to the octoberfest bike week in dayona beach fl. and enjoyed it. we have no problems with over-policeing,as there just wasnt enough room for too many police. actually,they dont pay any attention to us because they know we are not troublesome,and the city makes lots of money.
Live Oak, i dont think many people know about a lot of what is going on like this thursday,michelle bachman has invited all who can come to walk through the halls of congress with her to get message to congresspeople who are out of touch,and i am trying to make it there also.
i will be in jacksonville,and maybe a few of the other stops also.

I know about this Thursday. Michelle Bachmann is going to confront Peloser on the Capitol steps and I know a whole lot of people will be there. It’s very exciting. I just hope no one gets hurt. It’s going to be a real scene with lots of angry people with their posters. Peloser should be arrested and I think she will be eventually.

I just listened to congresswoman Michele Bachmann of Minnesota explain the Health Care Bill on the Sean Hannity Show on Fox. As usual she was articulate, well informed and to the point about the lies being told to the American public.
Michele Bachmann announced that she will be on the steps of the Capitol Building in Washington DC on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at noon to confront Nancy Pelosi and other members of Congress. She is asking for other concerned Americans to come to Washington DC next week to protest this socialist bill being forced on the American public. She stated that many Democrats are on the fence and need to hear from their constituents.
I have been listening to congresswoman Michele Bachmann for several months and like congressman Joe Wilson, she is impressive, refreshing and the real deal. Let’s back her on this initiative 100%.
I am asking those reading this blog to help spread this story and let Michele Bachmann know that we support her and efforts to save this country. Let other congressmen know that we do not want this Health Care Bill and that we want more congressmen like Bachmann and Wilson.
I have already sent Michele Bachmann an email to offer my assistance.

sorry to say,i just found out that one of my jobs has been put off for another wek,so there is no way i can make it to washington,it really ticks me off,but even if i break both legs,i WILL be in jacksonville,and orlando for the tea party express. watch for the motorcycle with two flags,and the loud air horn. i will even try to make it to atlanta,before jacksonville.
