You could say this act he just did is a terrorist attack. An agent from within manipulating our system, our country. Perhaps he is already too inside the system and has taken it over for him to be charged.

How is that possible, the signature shape, size and form is exactly the same in the demension of the stamp Obviouse copy
However, while you have proven that you can target and repeatedly attempt kill foreign leaders like a Libyan dictator (or at least his little adopted daughter, Hana, his youngest son and maybe his blood related grandchildren) or get your surrogates to kill other foreign leaders (like Saddam) but can you get your own “illegal” dictator out without killing him?
As I said, you are good entertainment for the observer.

If you want to counterfeit Documents AND have them be declared as “Authentic” the BEST way is to do it the “OLD FASHIONED” way.
Ie use analog equipment. NOT digital.
Equipment list:
A BLANK original form FROM the correct year on the correct paper. If it is NOT available, YOU need to RE manufacture it.
A type writer Manufactured FROM the correct year of the document being created.
All of the necessary seals and stamps used to certify authenticity from the YEAR in question. (these should be REAL seals and stamps)
OLD ink from the year in Question. If none is available, you need to RE-manufacture it to the correct formula.
A Printing Press. and all equipment needed to use it.
inks, paper, ect.
A Stat Camera. Equipment to process stat camera film.
The ability to USE all the above mentioned equipment and the LACK of fear at getting caught and going to JAIL.
