Then Burke is a party to this Lawsuit, I would believe there is a real conflict of interest with this Judge Burke, what if he voted himself to remove the old Mayor? Burke I am sure is also paid by the city another conflict of interest. He should have stepped down and had the case moved to a more proper court with better standing, the Judge is just another criminal who believe himself to be above the rule of Law. I bet Judge Burke most likey voted for Obama, and hates the old Mayor and knows the mayor was going to take a look in his (THE JUDGES) own pocket books, for this Judge is as dirty as they come.
